The EU AI Act applies in stages: since February 2025, bans on certain practices and the requirement for AI literacy in the team apply; from 2 August 2026 the first binding obligations for higher-risk systems follow. We turn this legal uncertainty — by studies the biggest adoption barrier for mid-sized companies — into a plannable project step: we review, document and implement so that you stay on the safe side.

Yes. What matters is the choice of models, where data is processed and a clean data-protection concept. We assess every use case under data-protection law and build solutions so that personal data stays protected — on-premise or on German servers if you wish.
What changes with the EU AI Act on 2 August 2026?
From that date the first binding obligations for higher-risk AI systems apply — for documentation, transparency and human oversight. Since February 2025, bans on certain practices and the requirement that staff using AI are sufficiently trained already apply. We guide you through the requirements relevant to your company.
Can AI solutions run on German servers or on-premise?
Yes. If data sovereignty matters to you, we design solutions that run in your own infrastructure or with providers whose servers are located in Germany/the EU.
